Completely Overhauled OPS INGERSOLL EDM Machine GANTRY 500 EAGLE, built in 2009. Excellent technical and optical condition – ready for immediate use
The OPS INGERSOLL GANTRY 500 EAGLE (year 2009) has been fully and professionally overhauled in our company and is in very good technical and visual condition.
As part of the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced where necessary, including ball screw bearing and ball screw. This was followed by a complete geometric measurement and alignment, as well as an additional inspection using a laser measurement system.
The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and compressed air lines, were completely replaced.
In addition, the machine was completely repainted and is now in very good visual condition.
The generator and control system were cleaned and technically inspected. The generator’s air conditioning unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation.
Finally, the machine underwent extensive EDM tests in accordance with OPS INGERSOLL quality and inspection specifications.
The machine is ready for immediate operation and is ideally suited for reliable production use.
